Pickleball in Dubois, Wyoming

Dubois now has four dedicated outdoor pickleball courts in Town Park, complete with permanent nets and a recurring local club schedule. The Yee-Haw Pickleball Club gathers twice each week and welcomes visiting and new players. This gives a small mountain town a more dependable path into games than many larger communities.

Outdoor play centers on Sunday mornings and Wednesday afternoons. When cold weather moves play indoors, Central Wyoming College recreation programs use the Dubois K-12 School gym for seasonal sessions.

Where to Play Pickleball Around Dubois

• Dubois Town Park Pickleball Courts, 909 W. Ramshorn Street. The park has four dedicated outdoor concrete courts with permanent lines and nets. Courts are free, first-come first-served, and open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Restrooms, parking, a playground, tennis and basketball courts, and the Wind River walkway are nearby.
• Dubois K-12 School Gym, 700 N. 1st Street. Central Wyoming College and local recreation organizers use the school gym for seasonal indoor pickleball. Access is limited to scheduled programs rather than general walk-in court use.

Getting Comfortable on the Court

New players can join Yee-Haw Pickleball Club play at Town Park on Sundays at 9:00 AM or Wednesdays at 4:00 PM. Both sessions welcome all players, and permanent nets are already in place. Arrive a few minutes early, introduce yourself, and the regular group can explain its rotation and match players by level.

Yee-Haw Club Play and Seasonal Programs

Yee-Haw Pickleball Club organizes the city's recurring outdoor games. Sunday play begins at 9:00 AM, and Wednesday play begins at 4:00 PM at the four Town Park courts. All skill levels and visitors are welcome, and there is no court fee.

Indoor play begins in the fall through local recreation programming at Dubois K-12 School. Session dates and fees are released by Central Wyoming College's Dubois outreach office. The Yee-Haw club posts the move indoors and other schedule changes on its current club page.

Drop Into a Dubois Pickleball Game

Solo visitors can go directly to Yee-Haw club play at 9:00 AM Sunday or 4:00 PM Wednesday. Those are organized group sessions, not simply open court hours. The club welcomes visitors, and the permanent nets remove the need to travel with a portable setup.

Groups can use the Town Park courts any day from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM at no charge. Bring paddles and balls. During colder weather, use the Yee-Haw club page to join the active indoor session at the school gym instead of assuming the outdoor group will meet.
